For Pizza Dough:

1 cup chickpea flour, sifted

1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted

1/4 cup yogurt (optional)

7/8 cup water

1 tbsp date sugar

1 tsp sea salt or to taste

1/2 tsp aluminum-free baking soda

1/2 cup dried and powdered walnuts

2 tbsp chickpea water

Toppings:

Oyster mushrooms

sweet onions

shallots

tomato

sweet peppers

red bell pepper

Seasonings:

1/2 tsp basil

1/4 tbsp ginger powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

pinch of cayenne

chipotle, grounded

salt to taste
