To make the soursop cheezecake filling. Cut into small blocks, add 1/4 cup warm nut milk, and sweetener. Then put it into a food processor until it is smooth. Taste to see if it is as sweet as you like. If not, add additional sweetener. I use agave. Next, pour it into your crust mold and sit it in the refrigerator until it sets, approximately 30 minutes or so.
