How to use:
20 drops =1/8 tsp, in 1oz of water 3x per day or as needed, for approximately 1/2 tsp per day. Take it before or 30 minutes after a meal. Drops can be placed under your tongue for a few seconds before swallowing. It can be added to burdock or red raspberry tea, without sweeteners.
