The powder should be added to warm or hot water and blended until it's smooth. Use approximately 1-1/2 to - 2 tsp in 1 cup of water for activation. 

Combine the liquid with

1/2 cup coconut milk,

1tsp hemp powder,

1 tbsp hemp seeds,

and several dates for

a more energetic drink.
