All Ingredients are organic and include Trader Joe's Imported olive oil, water, chickpea protein, salt, agar (grailaria also known as seamoss red algae)onion, ...... as seen in my holistic health guide. You are welcome to get the block or you can get the book and make your own cheese with my original recipe.
Includes recipe for jalapeno McChik aka Ma N Cheeze as seen in Holistic Health Guide with a slight alteration for retail sales.
Semi-soft is shreddable and slices nicely and it makes a great cheese sauce.

Instructions/Storage To make a sauce heat up 1 cup of your favorite broth and blend with the shreddable cheeze until smooth. It will not stretch like animal-based cheese or other vegan cheezes because I don't use unsavory ingredients. Upon arrival place in freezer or refrigerator.
Can be stored in the freezer for 2 months or refrigerator for 3 weeks.
