Gourmet Spices
My seasoning contains 6 types of seaweed: Chondrus crispus, wakame, and more which are all naturally high in iodine. I also used onion, and cayenne, and other natural spices that are from Dr. Sebi's recommended spice list. If you have allergies to iodine or any ingredient consult your physician before placing an order.
How to Use
Use up to 1 tsp of Marinade per king oyster mushroom. or 1 tbsp per cluster or 7oz. Mix a little in some oil and brush over mushrooms as they cook or grill. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Be sure to cook all of the water out of your mushrooms.
A great option would be to marinate your toppings for a See-food pizza, (smile).
Add a dash or two to your salads or as a base for your vegetable broths. Experiment and go wild with it in your greens! Although there is no salt added, there is a salty taste from the seaweeds.

This is my special kit of gourmet spices to prepare a
royal feast. From mock meat like seitan to grains like quinoa and even vegetables.
A blend of vibrant herbs like arugula along
with ginger, and of course, shallot and more. This is
a party in your mouth. Go light or go heavy,
you control the depth of flavor.
Use at least 1 tbsp or more of Royal Grill Vegan Marinade in your dish
for mock meats, mushrooms, or chickpea, or jackfruit. For seitan use 1 tbsp per cup.
Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
Add a little in some oil as a baste as it's cooks.
Use 1 tsp of the Ancient Grain spice per cup of rice
or quinoa and cook.
Use 1 tbsp of the Vegan Grill Marinade for 1 cup of gluten
or 1 tbsp or more to marinate mushrooms or chickpea dishes.
Lightly score peppers and marinate using oil. Add 1 - 2 tsp in
oil to use as a baste on.
Can be used on potatoes, green bananas, etc...

This is my special kit of gourmet spices that packs a punch with goodness. Use on mock meat like seitan, mushrooms, salads, vegetables, and real meat like seafood. A blend of vibrant herbs like arugula, cayenne along with ginger, and of course, shallot and more. This is a party in your mouth. I originally made the Kelpz back in 2017 to give mushrooms a seafood taste and it evolved to where it could be used on many food items. It's great as a soup base, for salads, greens etc... it adds a see food taste to dishes and it's great sprinkled over pizza dough for seafood taste (smile)
