Meal Delivery FAQ

Are there gluten-free options?

Yes, you can choose to have your orders made gluten-free at no additional cost!

What comes in the sample meal pack?

It's Timah's top picks and favorites.

How many meals come with the meal-prep?

There's an adequate amount to feed hungry 2 adults or 5 children depending on how you serve it.

When will my meals be ready for shipping?

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays with a 1-3 day priority cold ship. Please place meal orders separate from other orders on Monday thru Thursday. Orders coming in after Thursday will not ship the following Monday but two weeks out Monday or Tuesday.

Can I choose my delivery time?

Unfortunately, no. Unless you have an account with a particular carrier and contact them directly for delivery at a specific time.

Will I be notified before home delivery?

Yes, you will receive tracking and a text from your shipping carrier when they are on their way with an estimated time of arrival.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes, someone must be present to sign and accept the order. If no one is available the carrier retains the item to re-delivery the following business day, not in cold storage.

What if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?

If someone is not home to receive the order, your order will be rerouted to the nearest station for either pickup by you or redelivery via the carrier on the next business day.  In the event that your meals are re-routed, the delivery fee will not be refunded. Orders should be picked up via the carrier station by end of that business day.

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes, meals can be frozen, although, for the best taste, we recommend eating them fresh as soon as you can!

Can I cancel my meal order?

Yes, all cancelations must be submitted within 8 hours of purchase and via email by 5 o’clock pm on Thursday. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund.

What is your return policy?

Due to perishable goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately via email at shop@cookingforhealthwithtimah.com. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Is there a minimum requirement to order?

No, order based on the subscription. Please place meal orders separate from other orders. Can not ship with books etc..

Do you offer subscriptions to meals?

Yes, subscriptions are available through the meal-prep portal under the 'Meals' tab.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

No, after your subscription has ended you will need to place a new order to continue receiving your deliveries.
