Vegan Bread Loaf or Pizza Crust

TIPS: 

Mix 1/2 cup of the flour into the Aqua de la hala. Let it sit in a warm area for at least 3 hours then mix it into the remaining flour. Let it sit for 30 minutes before you knead it. This will allow the liquid to fully hydrate the flour. Knead the dough and shape it for either pizza or a loaf. Let it sit for, covered, for at least 1 hour in a warm area. Then finish it off.
