This recipe is from my cookbook "FOOD OF THE GODS". 

All of the ingredients are non-GMO, non-hybrid, and organic.  The Spelt/Kamut Gluten is specially crafted and created by Timah. It has a unique smell, taste, and structure outside of the wheat gluten found currently on the market.

Prepared with black olives, tomatoes, jackfruit, and various herbs from oregano to ground chipotle.

UPDATE:
